The past month has been really hectic with jobs in Virginia, Mississippi and various other locations. I am currently the Director of Photography on a new, live action, documentary style show for Cartoon Network about circular track racing. We’ve been shooting in Texas, North Carolina and Atlanta and it’s been really awesome. Lots of great racing footage, interviews and glimpses into the lives of the young drivers. On my week off from the Cartoon Network job I was the DP of three commercial spots for the Golden Moon Casino and Resort and before all of that I served as the DP on a short documentary about an archaeological dig in the woods of Virginia.

What I’m Up To (7.15.09)

Apparently I’ve occupied my time so much I haven’t been able to even write here at all, two entries in four months is pretty bad. My current projects are working as the Director of Photography on a big shoot for the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), the Director of Photography of 2nd Unit on a feature film being shot in Atlanta and I’m in the throws of writing two scripts. I hope to be putting a film on this site in the next six months, fingers crossed.
